Winbox User Terms: Key Information Before You Register

This section outlines your rights regarding access to and use of the Winbox Company website. The Terms and Conditions applicable to the games and promotions featured on the Site are updated periodically and are included here by reference.

1. Definitions

1.1 The clauses below establish the terms and conditions that regulate your access and involvement in any "play for real" services offered by Winbox, which are collectively known as "Winbox," "we," "our," or "us," depending on the context. You are at least 18 years old.
You have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions create a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Winbox regarding the use of the Services.

2.4 You may not transfer, sell, or use your Account as collateral for another person. This restriction covers the transfer of any valuable assets of any type, including but not limited to account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and/or claims related to these assets, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. This prohibition extends to encumbrance, pledging, assigning, trading, brokering, or gifting, whether in cooperation with a fiduciary, third party, company, or individual, in any capacity.

3. Changes to Terms

3.1 We maintain the right to revise, update, and change these Terms and Conditions at any time and at our discretion, without prior notice. The revised or updated Terms and Conditions will take effect as soon as they are posted on the Website(s). Your ongoing use of, access to, and engagement with the Services via our Website(s) and Device(s) after such posting indicates your acceptance of the revised or updated Terms and Conditions.

3.2 You acknowledge and accept that it is your responsibility to review for any changes, updates, or modifications. Winbox is not obligated to inform you about such changes, updates, or modifications.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The information, material and data provided or made available to you on the Website(s), Services and/or in any other form including, without limitation, marketing programmes and materials, results, statistics, sporting data and fixture lists, odds and betting figures, text, graphics, video and audio content (the "Information"), belong to Winbox and our licensors and are meant for your personal and non-commercial use only.

4.2 You may not in any way or by any means adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease or license or otherwise make the Information available to any other person, website, or media without our prior consent.

4.3 The Software, Services and the Information provided on the Website(s) are protected by copyright, trademarks and other forms of intellectual and proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in and to the Software, Services and Information on the Website(s) are owned by, licensed to and/or controlled by Winbox and/or our licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights, interests, or licences to the Software, Services and the Information through your use of the Website(s).

5. Terms of Use

To use the Services, you agree and affirm that you will not access or utilize the Website(s), Services, Software, and/or Information for any unlawful purpose according to the laws applicable to you, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Specifically (and in addition to all other representations and commitments detailed in these Terms and Conditions), you agree and affirm as a prerequisite for using the Services:

That you are acting on your own behalf and not representing any other individual.
That you are not limited by legal capacity.
That you have not been identified as a compulsive gambler.
That you are at least 18 years old.
That you fully understand the risks associated with potential monetary loss while utilizing the Services.
That you are not using or depositing funds obtained from illegal or unauthorized sources.
That you are not engaging in criminal or unlawful activities and/or planning to use your account in connection with such actions.
That you will not permit anyone else to use your account for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, as dictated by applicable laws regarding you or us.
To maintain the security, confidentiality, and protection of your username, account number, and password from unauthorized access or use, and to inform us immediately if you misplace, forget, or lose any of these credentials.
To assume full responsibility for all activities that occur through your access and utilization of the Services on and via the Website(s) and/or Device(s) linked to your username, account number, and password, regardless of whether such activity was authorized or known by you.
Not to use the Website(s), Device(s), Software, or Information in any manner that disrupts the operational efficiency of the Services or the Website(s) for other users.
Not to request or attempt to gather any information about other users in any way.
Not to upload or share any program, file, or data that contains viruses and could impact the operational integrity of the Device(s), Software, Services, and/or Website(s).
That your access to or use of the Services and Website(s) does not violate any laws or contractual obligations applicable to you based on your current location or the Device(s) you are using.
Not to upload or share on the Website(s) and/or Device(s) or with other users any material that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, racially or ethnically offensive, pornographic, or profane, or anything that could be deemed a criminal offense.
That you are not an officer, director, employee, affiliate, or agent of Winbox, nor a relative or housemate of any individuals associated with Winbox.

6. Registration and Membership

6.1 To place bets with Winbox, you must fill out the account opening and membership application. We reserve the right to decline your Membership Application without prior notice or explanation.

6.2 You confirm and agree that all information provided during registration and in the Membership, Application is accurate, truthful, and complete, including your name, funding sources (such as bank accounts and card details), and residential address.

6.3 We will implement reasonable measures to keep any personal information shared with us confidential. Your personal data or betting information will not be disclosed unless required by relevant laws and regulations.

6.4 It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. We may share your personal data with payment processing service providers and financial institutions as necessary for payment processing.

6.5 It is your responsibility to confirm that the laws applicable to you do not prohibit your use and access of the Website(s) and/or participation in the Services.

6.6 We reserve the right to request additional identification and age verification to validate your Membership Application (e.g., valid photo ID). If there are any changes to your information, you must notify us of those changes promptly.

6.7 We reserve the right to verify your name and address by mail. Winbox may, at its discretion, conduct further security checks on any information you provide. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to Winbox accessing, using, and storing any identification verifications or checks undertaken in relation to you.

7. Placement of Bets

7.1 Bets for games available on the Website(s) and/or through the Device(s) are accepted, and all such bets are governed by the applicable Betting Rules for each event or game, along with these Terms and Conditions. Any bets placed on an event will be rendered void in the case of a manifest error or mistake, or if an incorrect participant is cited for that event. In the event of any malfunction in the Winbox Company gaming system, Winbox reserves the right to cancel any and all bets placed.

7.2 Regardless of any other provisions in these Terms and Conditions, Winbox retains the right, entirely at our discretion, to reject all or part of any wager without needing to provide any justification.

7.3 Only internet-based bets made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are accepted. Bets submitted in any other manner (such as by post, email, fax, or otherwise) will be void, regardless of the outcome.

7.4 Winbox can suspend or terminate a customer’s account at any time if there are suspicions of breach of these Terms or engagement in cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulating, or damaging normal betting practices. Any winnings and/or account balance will be considered forfeited and invalid.

7.5 Any type of "abnormal bets," including utilizing artificial intelligence or "bots" online, will be considered VOID without prior notice. Any attempt or actual use of AI by members will result in account termination.

7.6 Bets will be considered valid if you have correctly entered your username and password, provided that you have sufficient funds in your account. It is entirely your responsibility to verify that your bet details are accurate. Once your bets have been placed and confirmed by us, they cannot be cancelled, revoked, or altered.

7.7 You are accountable for all actions and transactions conducted through any of the following:

Your name.
Your account number.
Your username and password.

7.8 Bets will be recognized as valid and accepted by Winbox when a transaction ID appears on your screen and is recorded in your transaction history.

7.9 Betting is not allowed once an event has started and/or if the outcome of the event is known at the time your bet is placed. Should any event mistakenly remain open for betting after it has begun and/or when the outcome is known, Winbox reserves the right to decline or invalidate such bets. If any bet is inadvertently accepted by Winbox after an event has commenced, Winbox retains the authority to cancel and void that bet. Acceptance of any bet is solely at Winbox discretion.

7.10 Unless noted otherwise, the outcome of a match or event will be determined on the day it concludes for betting purposes. The event or game winner will be established on the event's conclusion date as per the Betting Rules.

7.11 Winbox does not recognize suspended games, protests, or reversed decisions for the purposes of betting.

7.12 You acknowledge that all odds, lines, and handicaps may change without notice, and they will become fixed only when we accept the bet. In the event of a blatant error, mistake, or system failure resulting in an incorrect odd, line, or handicap for a bet, Winbox may, at our sole discretion (but is not required to), make reasonable attempts to contact you to provide the option to place another bet at the corrected odds, lines, and handicaps.

7.13 We will not accept any simultaneous bets on a single event from you. Winbox's decision regarding any bet and the related transactions is final and binding.

8. Software License

8.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Software provided to you is owned by The Company, and you do not receive any rights to such Software. You may not alter, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, perform, broadcast, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease, license, or otherwise share or make the Software available to anyone else, on any other platform or device.

8.2 Winbox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and utilize the Software on your Device(s) (the "License"), provided that such installation and usage occurs on a Device where you are the primary user.

8.3 The Software is licensed and provided by Winbox solely to facilitate full access to and utilization of the Services for Software users.

8.4 You are prohibited from:

Installing or deploying the Software on any server or networked device.
Copying, redistributing, transferring, or assigning the Software to anyone.
Renting, leasing, sublicensing, or transferring the Software to any third parties.
Creating or providing any means for others to use the Software.
Translating, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the Software.
Using the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9. Transaction Settlement

9.1 Winbox holds the right to refrain from settling a transaction if there are inconsistencies between the registered name and the bank account.

9.2 Your winnings do not include the original bet amount, so keep this in mind when you place your wager.

9.3 Winbox will not be held responsible for any funds mistakenly credited to your account and retains the authority to cancel any transactions tied to such funds. If you notice an error in credited funds to your account, it is your duty to notify Winbox without delay.

9.4 You are entirely responsible for any taxes, fees, or levies related to your winnings under any relevant laws.

10. Winnings Collection

10.1 Your earnings from confirmed bets will be added to your account and can be withdrawn in line with our Terms and Conditions.

10.2 We will not distribute your funds under any circumstances if the total amount of your deposit has not been fully wagered.

10.3 Money withdrawals from your account are permitted only in the same currency used for deposits.

10.4 The bank account linked to the initial deposit must match the name on the registered account.

10.5 Winbox retains the right to impose a charge on your account to cover all reasonable expenses associated with both deposits and withdrawals.

11. Promotions

11.1 Promotions at Winbox are strictly prohibited for multiple accounts; any collusion or use of multiple accounts will lead to the confiscation of all bonuses and winnings.

11.2 Turnover from all types of non-live table games (like Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat, and other similar games) and non-slot games will not contribute to the turnover requirement unless explicitly mentioned.

11.3 Winbox will calculate turnover based solely on settled bets with either winning or losing outcomes.

11.4 The turnover requirement linked to all bonuses does not include any effective rebate.

11.5 Bonuses issued are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, unless specified otherwise in the bonus’s terms and conditions. Should a player not meet the required wagering amount before the deadline, the bonus funds and any winnings from those bonus funds will be forfeited.

11.6 Winbox reserves the right to unilaterally execute, modify, change, halt, cancel, or invalidate promotions at any time without prior notice.

11.7 All promotions or special offers are governed by these Terms and Conditions. Winbox maintains the right to suspend, withdraw, or alter any promotions at any time.

11.8 If Winbox suspects that a user is misusing or trying to misuse a promotion, we may, at our discretion, block, deny, suspend, withhold, or revoke any user's access to the promotion.

11.9 Winbox holds the right to invalidate any or all bets placed by any individual or group collaborating or engaging in fraudulent activities. Funds in the accounts will be confiscated immediately.

12. Indemnification

12.1 You hereby agree to indemnify and protect Winbox, including our employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, from any losses, damages, or claims (including reasonable legal costs) that may arise due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions and/or Betting Rules.

13. Breach

13.1 Winbox retains the right to pursue all available remedies for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, which includes the authority to limit or deny access to the Services, Websites, and Information for any individual, terminate your account, or block access from a specific Internet address at any time, entirely at our discretion.

13.2 You agree to fully indemnify and protect Winbox and its affiliates, employees, agents, and associates against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges that may arise due to:

Your violation of the Agreement, in whole or in part.
Infringement of any law or the rights of third parties.
The use of Services and/or the Site by you or any individual utilizing your Winbox login credentials.

14. Various Provisions

14.1 In the case of any inconsistency between translated versions of this Agreement, the English version shall take precedence.

14.2 This Agreement represents the complete understanding and consensus between Winbox and you concerning the Services and the Site, replacing any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements."
